What are some rules in your school or home that your teacher or parent is adamant about? Why do you think this is so??

My parents are adamant about not letting me keep my phone at night. Me and my mom have heard alot about how teens are tempted to do things on their phone at night! I don't like it but my mom is only trying to protect me so, THANKS MOM!!!!
